The Devil's Apprentice, Book One of the Created series, tells the Biblical story of creation in the celestial realm. A young angel named Malachi witnesses the rise and fall of Lucifer -- heaven’s “Angel of Light” turned Satan - “The Accuser” -- as he wages war against His Creator. Part adventure story, part parable, this groundbreaking saga offers new insights into why God created anything with a will of its own, and why God chose to not sentence Lucifer immediately to Hell after his rebellion, but instead, created our universe, the Earth, and mankind with a free will of his own. Both Bible believers and skeptics will travel from the heights of the Holy Mount to the depths of Hell, finding reasons to rethink their positions on creation along the way.

Book Reviews
In Created: The Devil’s Apprentice, Gregory Rogers captures the formula that made Jerry Jenkins’ and Tim LaHayes’ Left Behind series such a hit among both Christians and non-Christians alike. An epic fictional storyline with angelic battle scenes, glorious settings, interesting characters, and non-stop action provides structure for a theological premise related to the Bible’s creation account which will have people talking for years. Gregory’s fascinating tale is reminiscent of CS Lewis’ Screwtape Letters and Frank Peretti’s This Present Darkness. I highly recommend this book.

There is a spiritual battle raging not only in the heavens but also within each of our hearts. Gregory Rogers spreads the curtains and gives us a glimpse of the beginning stages of this battle in his brilliant novel Created: Celestial Beings. You will be transported to the time when the first rebellion took place in the heavenly places as certain celestial beings rise up against the Creator. You will also recognize the spiritual battle within each of us - the desire to worship self more than the God who made us. I know you will be "blessed beyond measure" as you read this insightful series.

Author of Celestial Beings, Greg Rogers, takes you to heaven itself before the creation of the world. You fly, fight, strive for position, war and spirit leap with the angels themselves. Then, the unthinkable happens and 1/3 of the angels become the Fallen. Told with the accuracy of the biblical text you hear the very words of God before the creation of the world. Many times I had to gasp as I realized the words I was reading that were piercing my heart were from God, Himself. Verses are woven in so well with the story that they come alive with meaning and application to our lives through the creative narrative. Answers to questions most people might ask about God’s handling of the angels in the creation and at the time of rebellion come to light through your spirit leap in the heavenly realm in Celestial Beings. I highly recommend this book

About Gregory A. Rogers
One evening, driven by a friend who challenged his Christian faith, Gregory A Rogers began to write about the beginning of all things. What started as a letter in defense of his faith, turned into a thesis on topics ranging from creation to Noah’s Ark, the Tower of Babel to The Cross. Included in his ideas were answers to many questions held by both Christians and atheists alike. To make those ideas easier to understand, Greg wrote the fictional storyline contained in Created: The Devil’s Apprentice and the remainder of the Created series which will follow. Both entertaining and informative, this series will challenge and inspire individuals from Bible believers and Bible critics alike.
Much like Gregory's efforts as an author, his life as an artist came quite unexpectedly. What started as a diversion during the Covid-19 pandemic and an attempt to connect with his sons, Greg created sidewalk chalk masterpiece artwork in front of his home. This quickly caught the attention of neighbors, and one viral Facebook video later, local newscasters and broadcasts of his art were picked up by numerous other stations until his work was shown internationally. Gregory's art spans numerous media with special recognition coming from his theatrical stage design with sets, backdrops, and props.
His work is available for purchase as originals, prints, or commissioned.
